Policy

Privacy Policy.

What this site collects, how it is used, and the boundary we hold around patient information. The short answer: axisirg.com collects nothing you don't type yourself.

What This Site Collects

This policy covers axisirg.com: the pages you read, the contact form, and email sent to info@axisirg.com. Browsing collects nothing. There are no behavioral profiles, no fingerprinting, and no data appended from outside sources.

The contact form asks for six things — name, organization, work email, phone, a rough monthly claim volume, and your message. It also contains an invisible spam trap that legitimate visitors never see; it exists to catch bots and collects nothing from people.

How Information Is Used

Submissions go to the people who run the work and serve one purpose: preparing the billing review you asked about and replying to you. There is no marketing list, no drip sequence, and no sale or sharing of contact details. If you would rather skip the form, info@axisirg.com reaches the same people.

Cookies & Tracking

This site sets no cookies of any kind: no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, no cross-site identifiers. That is why no consent banner interrupts you here. There is nothing to consent to.

You don't have to take our word for it. Open your browser's developer tools on any page of this site: the storage panel shows no cookies, the network panel no third-party trackers.

We run no analytics today. If measurement is ever added, it will be a cookie-free tool, and this policy will be revised before it ships.

Service Providers

Both process this information to provide the service described, not for their own marketing.

Protected Health Information

This website is not a channel for PHI. Do not put patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, diagnoses, or claim documents into the form or into email. When an engagement requires records, they move through the secure process agreed during contracting, with a BAA in place first. The full boundary is described on the Security & Compliance page.

Access, Deletion & Changes

To see what we hold from your inquiry, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@axisirg.com. There are no accounts or profiles behind this site, so honoring a request is usually as simple as deleting an email thread.

Revisions to this policy appear on this page, and the effective date above moves with them. Questions about any of it: info@axisirg.com or 801-210-0881.
